CGCOAT SOLVENT-BASED UNDERBODY COATING – BT is a bitumen-based rust-preventive underbody coat used to treat cars, trucks, and buses during production, at import plants, and in the aftermarket. When applied to a clean, dry surface, it adheres to both painted surfaces and those coated with PVC or similar materials. Zinc, rubber and plastics are completely unaffected by the product. It also acts as an anti-drumming compound when applied on large sheets at a minimum DFT of 400 microns.

CGSEAL FIRE RESISTANT SEALANT is a one-part flexible acrylic water-based acoustic, fire-rated sealant. It is specifically formulated to form an acoustic and fire-rated intumescent barrier by sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as dry linings and kraft-lined insulation boards.

This acrylic sealant adheres to all construction substrates and can be painted within one hour, depending on temperature and humidity. It is solvent-free, non-flammable, and easy to use and clean up. It is tested in accordance with BS 476-22, method 5, for 2 hrs.
